It has been a year! A year since the shutdowns of 2020 and I am grateful. Interesting combo, right? Seedlings, Spring, and Heating Pads

There’s something very uplifting about planting seeds. Even though it’s only the beginning of March, with still potentially freezing temps in Wisconsin, we have reached a new season. A season of growth and new life. It’s time to plant seeds! Onions are usually our first seeds to plant, but this year we made a big change. Easy “Crustless” Pie Recipe

This is one of my favorite “easy” dessert recipes and it can be made with any type of pie fruit – apples, peaches, berries, etc. Once you make this dessert, it will become a staple in your home – we rarely have any leftovers! Easy Crustless Pie Recipe 4 c. sliced apples (or any pie fruit) 2 T. brown sugar 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 c. soft butter 3/4 c of sugar 1 c. flour 1 egg 1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional) Put fruit in greased pie plate.
