Resurrection “Tomb” Rolls

Here’s an easy way to celebrate Holy Saturday. This is our family’s annual tradition and a bit of a treat after a long Lent. I make these on Good Friday and then refrigerate them. We bake them for a dessert on Holy Saturday. You can either make a basic dough recipe (here’s one I use frequently) or for an easier method – purchase Pillsbury roll (crescent dough) tubes. Small Successes of 2020 – “What the 2020?!?”

It has been a year! A year since the shutdowns of 2020 and I am grateful. Interesting combo, right?
